It was a TON of fun to work with stained glass (and I'm so grateful for Justin's expertise and help). I'm very happy with the way they turned out! I'd like to do something like them again! yay for an artistic husband! :-)

Stained Glass Project
I just wanted to put this pic up in case you're interested (i.e Elisa). This is the stained glass project I did for my Creativity class. Can you tell what the vases are supposed to represent? It's St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow, Russia. Specifically, it's supposed to be when Moscow was burned (that's why there are candles inside them) when Napoleon invaded Russia.

Easter Weekend
Are ya wondering why I'm posting so much today? Well, for one, I'm behind. For two, I finished my project and my homework due today and there is only one day of class left (yahoo!) so i'm taking a break.
Easter weekend was so good. It was wonderful to have time to reflect specifically on the Resurrection of our Savior and realize the truth that He lives. Saturday night we decided to have a "traditional" Middle-Easter dinner (obviously, definitions of that might vary) to get our minds focusing on the Savior's life. We had some hummus, fresh guacamole, pitas, some kind of meat, and Munster (sp?) cheese. Oh, we also had grapes and white grape juice. It was quite a filling meal, but afterwards we decided that although it was fun for this year, we probably won't do it quite the same way again. Part of the fun was preparing for it. Believe it or not, I had never bought/ordered/tasted anything from a Deli at a grocery store. I just never had. Justin taught me the joys of such an experience and man! the food was good!
Here is a picture of me eating that meal (with a new shirt on!)
So that was Saturday night.
Sunday morning we had Easter baskets (we kind of ran out of time during the week to dye Easter eggs..next year!) with a little bit of candy and pictures of Christ. Too bad no picture! I also made a tasty breakfast of French Toast, sausage, and apples. MMmm. :-)
Everything was going swell. Then, after I got out of the shower, I felt a bit queasy (not that unusual), so I sat down on the bed. Next thing I knew, I was projectile vomiting across the room as I tried to catch my spill in my towel and run back to the bathroom where my buckets have been residing lately. Poor Justin said it was "okay"...until he saw it! And then of course he had to document it. Don't look if you're feeling queasy.

That was exciting. Period. We then went to church, I felt queasy in Sacrament Meeting and we decided not to chance it. We left...and I threw up in the parking lot. So, we went home. Luckily, after bowl of oatmeal and a nap, I felt fine! We had roast and potatoes for dinner and then went for a lovely Sunday afternoon drive.
Happy Easter!!

The "weekly" update
The Two semesters of My pregnancy
Justin and I have decided that I do not have a normal pregnancy. You've probably already guessed that. Basically, most people say that the second trimester is the best because you're no longer sick but you haven't yet reached an awkward size.
WELL, I was sick up until 1/2 way through my second trimester (20 weeks) and am showing a surprising amount--but that's fun, too. :-) We even went maternity clothes shopping this past weekend because I cannot wear my clothes anymore! By the way, I am a HUGE fan of the secret fit pants/shorts/skirt that cover the entire belly! Oh my goodness! They are so comfy!!
Anyway, I'm a week and a half away from my third trimester mark, and surprise surprise, I threw up yesterday. TWICE! haha! The second trimester has kind of not existed for me. I was sick. then I was big. Justin will vouch. Now, I'm not like HUGE, but bending over is already not fun, my belly hurts when it doesn't have support (like the kind that the secret fit band provides!), and it pushes buttons on my computer when I don't want it to. In fact, yesterday I even used the excuse, "It wasn't me! My belly did it!" Justin got a kick out of that one!

So lucky me. My three trimester pregnancy is really a duo semester. :-)

Panic Time...and Happy time
So, now it's time to panic. There are two weeks left of school and I have got so much to do. I have a stained glass project to begin and finish plus a paper with it and a full on research project complete with annotated bibliography to get finished. Add on top of that the absolute necessity to play with family during Conference and Easter. Those two weekends are going to be so much fun...so some how I have to fit in homework time, too.
Aside from the stress and panic of school, I've finally passed the sick stage! Once I hit twenty weeks I stopped throwing up! haha, yeah, 5 months and I'm finally able to enjoy being pregnant. My enjoyment was a little delayed because I had a cold for two weeks which made me develop an earache...so even though I was "healthy" I didn't feel like it! But, all said and done, I'm feeling better. Better and better. I'm even cleaning and cooking again (that sure has made Justin happy!)
It's been a long time comin'!
Oh! and on Sunday I actually felt my little baby boy kick! It surprised me! It was during church and it made me jump! I wasn't for sure what it was, but when it happened 3 times in a row I knew it! It made me so happy! And then, he kicked me again when I was trying to go to sleep. Now, I know people talk about how their baby squirming keeps them awake and it comes at the most inconvenient times...and I might get to that point, but for now, I'm just excited and pleased to feel my baby move.
I think of it as tender mercies every time my baby moves. See, I get really paranoid when I don't feel him squirm. When I was sick, I knew my body was working right (ironic, right?) But when I started feeling better, I felt my anxiety rise ever so high. Every time I start to feel that tinge over take me, I say a little prayer, and then bam! I feel him move. Great tender mercies that we are blessed with. :-)
Well, that's all for this post!
